Prime questions to ask in order to determine why your child has insomnia:
- Is the biological clock ready to sleep? Perhaps the child’s bedtime is too early and does not align with their biological clock.
- Is the child bothered? (i.e. is he/she in pain?)
- Does the child have nasal congestion?
- Does the child suffer from anxiety or stress?
